I've started listening to these podcasts:
This Week in Tech (TWIT)
This one covers general technology stuff and goes somewhat more in depth. It's not directly Java related, but it's a show about what is hot on the net. They bring people in for interviews.
Side note - If you combine TWIT, Buzz out loud and IT-avisen you get a lot of duplicate stories as they cover similar ground. Though that's not half bad - you get different perspectives to the various stories. Having said that - If you should pick just one, pick either TWIT or Buzz out loud.
Physics for future presidents (Not IT related)
This on is funny - it's audio from a physics class held at Berkley. It's physics, but not the one you are used to if you have taken any lectures. They look at the big pictures and you don't need to learn the math behind stuff. Useful for understanding the greater picture in the society, and good for small talk
